Exhibitions Current Preview Archive Visitor's information Publications Order form		Der Kreis - A Nuremberg artists' group 1947 - 1997   December 18, 1997 - January 25, 1988 Opening: December 17, 1997, 8 p.m.   Established in 1947, "Der Kreis" has since then been the most important association of artists who see themselves as part of the current Nuremberg art scene. On the occasion of this group's fiftieth anniversary, the Kunsthalle Nürnberg will organize an exhibition dedicated to "Der Kreis", which will also present a historical documentation of fifty years of debate on contemporary art in Nuremberg.
